Plans and credits
Everything in AI Render Studio is paid for in credits. This page explains how credits work. The live prices and what each plan includes today are on the pricing page; they are not repeated here so they cannot go out of date.

Credits are taken when the job starts. A render, fix, change, relight, version or video that fails is refunded automatically.
Free accounts
You can make 1 render without an account. A new account gets 11 free renders and 11 free fixes, no card needed. In some countries the free amount is smaller. Free renders carry a small 3Dstudio.co mark. Any purchase, including a credit pack, removes the mark, makes renders twice as large and unlocks 5-second videos and API keys. Client review links need a plan.

- Monthly or yearly. Yearly billing is 10 months for the price of 12.
- Seats. A team is a workspace owned by one paying account. Members spend the owner's credits and share a gallery. Every render stays with the person who made it. More seats are not for sale yet: write to hello@3dstudio.co.
- Versions. One press of Render can make several versions of the same view. Each version costs credits, and a failed version is refunded on its own.
- 10-second videos are on the Max plan.
- Client review links come with Pro and up.
Credit packs
Packs are one-off top-ups with no subscription: 80, 200, 650 credits. They stay yours if you cancel a plan.
Credits never expire
Unused credits stay in your account, including after you cancel a plan. Plan credits arrive each month and unused ones roll over.
Refunds
If you have not used any credits, ask within 14 days of payment and we refund it. Once you use credits, your 14-day right of withdrawal ends and there is no refund. This applies to plans and credit packs. To ask, write to hello@3dstudio.co.
Prices by country
Prices are shown in your local currency: euro in Europe, British pound in the UK and US dollar elsewhere. Some countries have lower prices, and the price list follows the country your connection comes from. Paying is not possible from a few countries because our payment provider does not support them; those visitors can still use the free render. Prices exclude VAT.
