Client reviews
A review link sends several renders to your client in one page. The client leaves comments, pins a note to a spot on the picture and marks each render Approved or Changes requested. They do not need an account.
Who can create review links
Client review links come with Pro and up. A free account, even one that bought a credit pack, sees an upgrade note instead. See Plans and credits.
Create a link
- Open My renders and choose the renders to send. A link holds up to 50 renders.
- Open Client reviews and add a title if you like, for example the project and room.
- Choose when the link expires: after 7, 30 or 90 days, or never.
- Choose Create review link, then copy the link and send it to your client.
What your client sees
- The renders you chose, with your logo, on a page of their own. The studio navigation is not shown.
- They enter their name once, so you know who wrote what.
- Under each render they can write a comment, and pin it to a spot on the picture if that helps. A comment can be up to 1,000 characters.
- They mark each render Approved or Request changes. The page shows how many renders are approved.
Anyone who has the link can open it, so send it only to the people who should see the renders. The page is not indexed by search engines.
What you see
- Comments, pins and approvals show up in My renders, with counts of approved renders, renders that need changes and new comments. Mark comments as read when you have dealt with them.
- You get an email when a client comments or approves, at most one every 10 minutes. You can turn the email off in the review panel.
- Copy the link again at any time.
Stop sharing
Choose Stop sharing on a link to end it. Expired and stopped links move to Ended links.
After a client asks for changes
Use Change this render, Fix this area or Relight on the render, then add the new version to a link.
