Send renders to a client for approval

One link lets your client comment, pin a note to a spot and approve each render, with no account.

  1. Pick the renders. In My renders, press Select renders, tick the ones to send and press Client review. For a single render, press Share for review on its card.
  2. Add a title and an expiry. A title such as the project and the room helps your client. Choose when the link expires.
  3. Create the link and send it. Press Create review link, copy it and send it to your client. Anyone who has the link can open it, so send it only to the people who should see the renders.
  4. Your client reviews it. They enter their name once, write comments, pin a comment to a spot on the picture and mark each render Approved or Request changes. They do not need an account.
  5. Follow the answers. Comments, pins and approvals show up in My renders. You also get an email when a client comments or approves, which you can turn off in the review panel.
  6. Make the changes. Use Fix an area, Words or Relight on the render, then add the new version to a link.

Good to know

Client review links come with Pro and up. One link holds up to 50 renders, and you can choose when it expires, or never.

Questions

Who can create review links?

Client review links come with Pro and up. A free account sees an upgrade note instead.

Is the review page public?

Anyone who has the link can open it. Search engines do not index the page, and your client sees your logo, not the studio navigation.

Can I stop sharing?

Yes. Press Stop sharing on a link to end it. Expired and stopped links move to Ended links.
