What is a credit?
A credit pays for one action. HD render: 10 credits. Standard render: 5 credits. Fix one area: 10 credits (HD) or 5 (Standard). 5-second video: 45 credits.
Do credits expire?
No. Unused credits stay in your account, even after you cancel.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from your account page. No email or chat needed. Your plan runs until the end of the period you paid for, and unused credits stay in your account.
Can I get a refund?
If you have not used any credits, ask within 14 days of payment and we refund it. Once you use credits, there is no refund. This applies to plans and credit packs.
Is there a logo on free renders?
Yes, a small 3Dstudio.co logo. Any paid plan or credit pack removes it.
Can I use renders for client work?
Yes. Renders made with paid credits, on a paid plan or after buying a credit pack, can be used commercially: client work, presentations, listings and marketing. Free renders are for personal use and for trying the service. Buying a credit pack or a paid plan also clears your earlier free renders for commercial use. The Student plan is for non-commercial use only. The full wording is in the terms of use.
Is there a storage limit?
We do not charge for storage. We keep your renders while your account is active: they stay in My renders until you delete them or your account, and a deleted render is gone for good. Download what you want to keep as your own copy.
How do team seats work?
Studio has 3 seats and Max has 5, you included. The owner pays, and everyone on the team spends the same credits and sees a shared gallery with comments. The owner invites and removes people, and members can leave at any time.
Who handles payment and tax?
Payments are handled by Stripe as merchant of record, so they collect and remit tax in over 80 countries and the invoice comes from them.
