What is a credit?
A credit pays for one action. HD render: 10 credits. Standard render: 5 credits. Fix one area: 10 credits (HD) or 5 (Standard). 5-second video: 45 credits.
Do credits expire?
No. Unused credits stay in your account, even after you cancel.
Can I cancel?
One button on your account page. It ends at the close of the period. No email, no chat, no retention offer.
Is there a logo on free renders?
Yes, a small 3Dstudio.co logo. Any paid plan or credit pack removes it.
Refunds: if you have not used any credits, ask within 14 days of payment and we refund it. Once you use credits, there is no refund. This applies to plans and credit packs.
Payments are handled by Stripe as merchant of record, so they collect and remit tax in over 80 countries and the invoice comes from them.
